"Aerobic" means "in the presence of, or with, oxygen." Aerobic exercise is the type of moderate-intensity physical activity.
During aerobic exercise, more oxygen is delivered to the muscles, and so higher percentage of fat is burned.
Experts recommend getting at least 180 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise, or 75 minutes of vigorous activity each week.
